Running a marathon is one of the most special experiences and we want to make sure you are the most prepared you can be for your big day. If this is your 1st marathon or 10th, we want to be here to help support you and help you achieve your goals, all while balancing other life commitments.

At Train Smart Run Strong, we understand that running is important to you but it’s not everything. We know that life and work have their place and what’s really important is maintaining a healthy balance, where you can thrive in each area of your life.

If you’ve ever trained for a marathon, you know it is a huge time commitment and one that requires grace and patience. Building mileage while trying to get faster AND continue with a proper strength program is incredibly hard to juggle! Doing all three things and ALSO staying injury-free can feel next to impossible. That’s where we come in.

We’re a team of Physical Therapists who want to help YOU achieve all your marathon goals, while making sure you feel your best crossing the finish line. In order to be successful in the marathon, we believe it takes time, community, and proper guidance… without breaking the bank.
