So… you’ve downloaded a running plan that you found on the internet for $10. You used it to train for your race but you ended up only following it every other day. Actually, you realize, it doesn’t even fit into your life! Now you’re stressed that you’re not completing EVERY SINGLE RUN that’s on the plan because isn’t that how this is supposed to work? Now you end up under-trained… or worse… injured.

It really doesn’t have to be like this!!! Running plans are meant to be FLEXIBLE.

They are meant to FIT INTO YOUR LIFE and NOT the other way around.

This is why I believe all runners would benefit from a custom running plan!! A custom plan means that you have the ability to live your life because you’re communicating with your coach and coming up with modifications that make sense. THAT’S WHAT I’M HERE FOR! I am here to make you feel comfortable and CONFIDENT that your training is going well but it’s not taking over your life. PLATINUM: custom strength-only program WITH CONSULTATION

This plan includes a monthly 1:1 30 min virtual consultation, a custom strength program designed by me, as well as access to the TrueCoach training app, which gives you video demonstrations and explanations of each exercise. Through the app you can also track your progress and message me with questions at any time.

elite: custom strength and running program WITH CONSULTATION

The Elite Plan is designed for runners looking for a program that keeps them healthy and injury-free for the long-term. This is especially for runners who are currently or were previously injured and need help with a consistency in their training plan.
