GROUP COACHING

The Train Smart Run Strong group coaching program offers custom training in a group setting, led by Coach Leah, a Physical Therapist and Run Coach. This program provides comprehensive support for runners aiming to achieve their goals. It includes nutrition coaching with a Registered Dietitian, guidance on balancing strength and running, and opportunities to connect with fellow runners. While fostering a group atmosphere, Coach Leah tailors the program to individual needs.
